Je suis Eléonore, diplômée en massage esthétique, bengali, californien et suédois, je pratique depuis 2003 et ai pu intégrer de prestigieux spas***** de St tropez à Verbier où j’ai pu me perfectionner et apprendre des massages de haute qualité. Le relaxant est un mélange de techniques et d’expériences du massage au niveau du bien-être , de la relaxation du corps et psychique, des tensions musculaires, du fluide energétique , du réequilibrage corporel de la pointe des pieds au crâne. Lors de votre rendez-vous vous pourrez choisir votre huile ainsi que la musique souhaitée, de la méditation à de la deep music…

Je m'appelle Natacha, je suis praticienne en massage à visée thérapeutique, certifiée ASCA. Formée en anatomie, physiologie et pathologie, ainsi qu'en massage traditionnel thailandais (école en Thailande), j'accompagne les personnes dans ce qu'elles vivent : fatigue, douleurs, surcharge, ou besoin de relâchement profond. Mon approche du soin est profondément ancrée dans l'écoute, la précision et la bienveillance. À travers le massage à visée thérapeutique, je cherche à soulager durablement les douleurs, restaurer la mobilité et accompagner chaque personne vers un mieux-être global. Ma pratique s'adresse aussi bien aux personnes souffrant de tensions chroniques, de stress, qu'à celles en quête d'un moment de relâchement profond. J'utilise des techniques ciblées, comme le massage deep tissue, relachement des fascias, les trigger points, la therapie des insertions ou encore le massage thai traditionnel. Le tout, avec une attention constante portée à l'origine du déséquilibre. Chaque soin est personnalisé, et peut s'accompagner de conseils en étirement, respiration ou hygiène de vie Ayurvedique. Je crois à un soin sur mesure, respectueux du rythme et de l'histoire de chacun.e. Je travaille également en collaboration avec d'autres praticiens (ostéopathes, physiothérapeutes, médecins...), dans une démarche de soin global et complémentaire. Je vous accueille à Crans, à l'Institut d'Éléonore ou à Domicile, dans un cadre calme, avec une attention sincère portée à ce que vous vivez — ici et maintenant. Mon objectif : aider le corps à retrouver sa fluidité naturelle et soutenir l'autonomie de chacun.e dans son propre processus de guérison.

It is also suitable following massages or lifting facials. It can be combined with a facial treatment. What is the difference between a traditional facial massage and one of the inside of the mouth?
